Workout of the Day 3/18/2020 
It should be nice out this afternoon, see if you can get outside and map out a running route in your yard.

Your challenge is to Jog for 4 minutes without stopping.

After you catch your breath, complete the following 4 times

10 lunges
10 sit-up
10 squats
10 toe touches
