Workout of the Day 3/19/2020 
Happy Thursday Everyone.

Looks like we will be stuck indoors today, but we will still get our workout in.

Set a clock to count down from 3 minute.

do as many burpees as you can in that time frame.

Once you catch you breath
Complete 3 sets of the following
10 jumping jacks
10 toe touches
10 sit-ups
