Workout of the Day 3/30/2020 

Good Morning, Im sorry i didn't have a workout posted on Friday.
Looks like it will be a little bit wet out today so lets stay inside for our workout

We are going to work on you legs and abdominal muscle today

4 rounds
10 squat jumps
10 sit-ups
10 lunges (5 each leg)
ABC push-ups
