Workout of the Day 4/2/2020 

Todays workout is a challenge
You have to complete
100 push-ups 
100 sit-ups

These do NOT have to be done all at once you can do 10 rounds of 10 or 20 rounds of 5 (just examples, you may split it up however you want) over the course of your day
