Set up a running route. Set a time for 6 minutes. You are going to attempt to jog for the full time without stopping. remember to pace yourself.
take 3 or 4 minutes to catch your breath then complete the following
3 rounds
5 burpees
10 lunges(5 each leg)
20 mountain climbers
