looks like we'll have plenty of sunshine today so lets try to get outside for some running and/or biking
set up a running or bike course. lets see if you can jog/bike for 5 straight minutes.
spend some time catching your breath. When you're ready start this 4 round workout.

10 step-ups (use a wall, stool, or stairs)
10 jumping jacks
10 sit-ups
