Emergency Closing Workouts

Here are several quick workouts you can do at home if the school is closed.

Feel free to invite your family to exercise with you.

Workout 1

Help your mom or dad shovel the snow.

Workout 2

5 push ups

10 second planks

15 jumping jacks

20 mountain climbers

Repeat three times

Workout 3

Get together with friends from your neighborhood.

Have a friendly snowball fight (No head shots)

Remember "OTL" step and throw

Be sure your parents know where you are, and who you're with.
