Good morning, it looks like there is some rain in the forecast, so we will do a workout that doesn't need a lot of space.  Today's workout is all about making your legs stronger! 3 Rounds 20 Lunges 15 Box Jumps (you can use a step stool or the bottom step of a staircase) 10 Squats 5 Burpees

Todays workout is a challenge You have to complete 100 push-ups  and  100 sit-ups These do NOT have to be done all at once you can do 10 rounds of 10 or 20 rounds of 5 (just examples, you may split it up however you want) over the course of your day

Today will be a great day to get outside! Get on a bike, scooter, roller blades, or grab a jump rope. Spend 15-20 minutes enjoying the nice weather while also getting some exercise

It looks like you may be able to get outside Mark a running path, and see if you can jog for 5 minutes without stopping  Take a break to catch your breath 4 rounds 5 burpees 20 mountain climbers 5 push-ups 20 jumping jacks Have a great day! Good Morning, Im sorry i didn't have a workout posted on Friday. Looks like it will be a little bit wet out today so lets stay inside for our workout We are going to work on you legs and abdominal muscle today 4 rounds 10 squat jumps 10 sit-ups 10 lunges (5 each leg) ABC push-ups Have a great day- I miss you!

Good Morning,  I hope everyone is staying healthy and happy as we work together to get through this. I miss you all and cannot wait to be back in the Godwin gym with you. That being said, it looks like we are going to be indoors today.  Your Challenge/workout for today is to complete 100 burpees These can be spread out throughout the day however you want. Good Morning, I hope everyone is doing well and staying healthy. looks like we'll have plenty of sunshine today so lets try to get outside for some running and/or biking set up a running or bike course. lets see if you can jog/bike for 5 straight minutes. spend some time catching your breath. When you're ready start this 4 round workout. 4 rounds 10 step-ups (use a will, stool, or stairs) 10 jumping jacks 10 sit-ups Have fun and enjoy the sunshine!

Happy Friday! I hope everyone made it through week 1 in good health and spirits. The weather looks warm this afternoon, lets see if we can get outside. Mark out a running route in your yard or at the park. set a 5 minute timer, lets see how many of you can jog for the full 5 minutes without stopping or walking take 3 minutes to catch your breath. then complete 3 sets of the following. ABC push-ups 20 lunges 40 ft bear crawl

Happy Thursday Everyone. Looks like we will be stuck indoors today, but we will still get our workout in.
