Good Morning, I hope everyone is doing well and staying healthy. looks like we'll have plenty of sunshine today so lets try to get outside for some running and/or biking set up a running or bike course. lets see if you can jog/bike for 5 straight minutes. spend some time catching your breath. When you're ready start this 4 round workout. 4 rounds 10 step-ups (use a wall, stool, or stairs) 10 jumping jacks 10 sit-ups Have fun and enjoy the sunshine!

The weather is nice for today. Lets do our best to get outside and enjoy the sunshine. Mark out a running route in your yard. Spend 5 minutes jogging. try to jog the entire time without stopping or walking. then rest for 3-5 minute to catch your breath then complete the following 4 rounds 5 burpees 10 sit-ups 15 squats Have a wonderful day!

Good Morning, I am so sad to hear that we will not be returning to school this year, however i look forward to delivering fun and exciting actives for you to do at home. It looks like it may rain this afternoon, so try to get outside early. Today's Workout 5 Rounds 20 jumps (use a jump rope if you have one) 10 squats 20 mountain climbers 10 push-ups 20 jumping jacks

It's going to be a beautiful day out! Get outside, ride your bike, practicing jumping rope, run around your yard or go for a walk. Enjoy the warm weather and have a great Tuesday.  I miss you all, and I can't wait to get back to school.

Good Morning! Looks like we'll be able to get outside today. Set up a running route. Set a time for 6 minutes. You are going to attempt to jog for the full time without stopping. remember to pace yourself. take 3 or 4 minutes to catch your breath then complete the following 3 rounds 5 burpees 10 lunges(5 each leg) 20 mountain climbers Have a great day everyone!!!

Good Morning, I hope everyone enjoyed their spring break and holiday weekend. The weather looks rainy all day, so it looks like we'll have to stay indoors for our workout. 5 rounds 10 squat jumps 10 jumping jacks 10 mountain climbers 5 push-ups feel free to send me picture or videos of you and your family completing the workout! Good morning, it looks like there is some rain in the forecast, so we will do a workout that doesn't need a lot of space.  Today's workout is all about making your legs stronger! 3 Rounds 20 Lunges 15 Box Jumps (you can use a step stool or the bottom step of a staircase) 10 Squats 5 Burpees

Todays workout is a challenge You have to complete 100 push-ups  and  100 sit-ups These do NOT have to be done all at once you can do 10 rounds of 10 or 20 rounds of 5 (just examples, you may split it up however you want) over the course of your day
