Workout of the Day 4/3/2020 

Good morning, it looks like there is some rain in the forecast, so we will do a workout that doesn't need a lot of space. 
Today's workout is all about making your legs stronger!

3 Rounds

20 Lunges
15 Box Jumps
(you can use a step stool or the bottom step of a staircase)
10 Squats
5 Burpees
