Workout of the day 5/7/2020 

The weather is nice for today. Lets do our best to get outside and enjoy the sunshine.
Mark out a running route in your yard. Spend 5 minutes jogging. try to jog the entire time without stopping or walking.
then rest for 3-5 minute to catch your breath
then complete the following
4 rounds
5 burpees
10 sit-ups
15 squats
